you can try to glue the plastic back on,, but your CD could have a blowout suddenly

I think he is asking us what he could try to do WITHOUT buying a new one?

yep go buy a new one-never try to glue these things back-and there is a possibility of it going to pieces and destroying your DVD-drive.

Yeah i am afraid that is the only way you can be sure that your DVD drive survives

Are you able to make a image, so that you don't need to buy a ned DVD just now?

Hmm i was thinking,,, I heard about this guy on another forum (not cheating on dear BF2s), he emailed EA and proved he had bought the game, they sent him a new disk that he only had to pay for the mail and disk (was very cheap), then he would just use the case & CDkey of the old disk that broke...

Anyways, why do you use DVD-drive...make an image and install it into DT. No physical damage for your DVD, and game runs smoother.

That requires him disabling his physical drives, too...
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Dunno about 2-3 drives, but I run DT and one physical drive fine. I have 4 virtual drives and 1 real...
