I watched this (Look Below) video and i've done everything step by step and yet no results for me. Can someone teach me to make them?

No, .gifs never work. You have to make an animated .bmp.
While I can't see the video, and I've never made an animated spray, I think the best way is to create an animated .vtf and use that.

You have to convert it to a texture. An old clan mate from CSS had our clan logo spinning around so its definitly possible.
Edit: Found the links in our old clan forum...and they are all dead now. Links no longer work.
I downloaded the logo that was posted up and it has a .vtf and a .vmt file that have to go into:
\Steam\SteamApps\ACC-NAME\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\VGUI\logos
(or whichever mod it is)
