My settings don't save

Why don't my settings save when I close my game?

Everytime I join a server (pcw) I have to type "/sv_setmaxpackets 80" otherwise I get kicked. I'm closing down the game normally and no one else I know has to do this (It just saved the first time).

Any suggestions?

Browse to "C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\players\profiles\[player name]" and open up "config_mp.cfg" Add a line in there with this:

Do you know any other CoD 4 console commands that could help improve gameplay? Nothing wrong with my gameplay right now, but if it can get even better then I'd go for it!
