meh that takes a lot of endurance/strength/training, but do you really think it takes the most individual skill?

I think proffesional fighting ie: boxing or mixed martial arts require a lot more skill than most average sports, i picked other.

A figher for a quarter of the amount the other listed sport players get paid needs to have a 1:1 training regime for starters. Most other sports allow team mates to make up for others inadiquacies or limitations. A fighter needs to attack, defend, have the highest stamina and endurance, the list goes on. Or you loose to a greater fighter. The argumaent i make is similar to single 1 on 1 sports, but even then id suggest to be a #1 figher youd have to endure a lot more than say, a fencer, or bowler.. tennis player etc.
The amount of training for a fight that lasts a maximum if it goes all rounds xx amount of time is rediculous. (Say 25 mins after training 1 year or 6 months )
The implication of a loss is sometimes detremental to a career, so requiring a very high mental stamina . I can keep going...
I suggest being a pro skater or those sick bastard krusty bike guys ( motox riders ) are tougher sports to endure than golf or soccer etc, but id still garuntee there are fighters who train more than any of them and harder even if you skate or rode all day everyday.

fighters train like their in the army. or they are about to take on the world. most of the other guys cant break a nail.

Golf OR Basketball.

Golf is just fucking hard, tedious and takes up too much of my time. Basketball requires alot of skill because there is massive competition for NBA places. Also, the rules are complicated, and there are too many of them...

Say what you want...

Golf.  Took up the sport this year and there are a lot of mechanics that go into it.

Auto racing takes a lot of skill also.  Managing a powerful car and using the right line to get the fastest lap, all while not hitting all the other guys doing the same.

Baseball for pure skill.  You ever tried to hit a 95MPH fastball?  I could throw Golf in there as well, that's difficult.

For endurance/stamina, basketball, football, soccer.

It really depends who it's against. Golf is played with the hands which is what everyone uses to do stuff. Feet are usually used for walking because how often you you use them for something else? With that said, Football, or whatever variations people outside the UK call it.

car racing - your alone, you have to know how to drive(a skill), you have to know how to drive at high speed(a skill), you have to know how to execute wide turns at high speed(a skill), etc

you guys are too busy thinking about physical attributes. it's all about the mental aspects, and golf definitely tests one's mental capabilities more than any other sport.

That sport where you ski down a mountain and you're out of breath and have to shoot the targets.

Or Football.

Out of those, I'd say it's a tie between golf and car racing. Specifically, WRC. Most other forms of car racing, you drive laps ad nauseum before race day, and that kinda takes a lot of the skill out of it.

Golf is just extremely impressive, and WRC is beyond words.

I agree with you. I have been playing golf since I was 5 (20years) and I'm some what decent. It took a lot of time, practice and patience to get to where I am at.

Because NASCAR is the only form of racing, right?
