Hello, I am quite new and have purchased BF2:Complete Collection. I know I have to register the product so then I would made an account. After I made one I ran the autorun and clicked the link to register BF2. I entered the code and my soldier name and ends up with "Please enter a valid promotional code". Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I had the same problem and did everything that logically popped up in my head but to no avail. I finally contacted EA support and first I got the standard questions to ensure you hadn't overlooked anything super obvious. Nothing really worked so they asked if they could register it for me, I agreed and now I have 22 hours in EF and 29 hours in AF
