u sure its because of the file? check for spyware, maybe run anti-virus?
Yeah, that's not very descriptive. Is it during gameplay? During normal procedures? When does it happen, etc.
maybe that download filled up last of your free HD space ?
Mine doesnt slow down at all...., but by comp is a gaming computer
everything i write is a ramble and should not be taken seriously.... seriously. ♥

I have cleaned up disk space defraged, repaired windows files through product recovery disk.
Ihave also used
cc cleaner
registry mechanic
adaware
spyware
and virus check.
Any other suggestions.
Heat? Ram? If you've done all that and there isn't a problem. check the hardware.
