It goes up and down SLIGHTLY. On Port Bavaria, I put it at an elevated level facing the opening to a port flag and it shot people SLIGHTLY (meaning like an actual distance of like 10 feet from 60 feet away) in that area it was facing. I do emphasize SLIGHTLY meaning do pt it on top of a wall and expect it to shoot 40 feet below where its aiming. Heres a simple test. Go onto Cerbere Landing. Capture "south town central". Let them get "church". aim it from the elevation of the South Town Central flag to the Church flag (decent elevation levels there to try it on.)
