Any one know how to fix this....

I just bought BF2142 of E-bay.

I carnt play it cos I think its registered to a different EA account. The person I bought it off says they can refund me but carnt get in touch with the person that they bought it off.

Is there a way I can sort it or should I send it back?/

Report it to eBay would be the sensible thing to do aside from that it seems you got ripped off

Edit - if you do get in contact with him you could try asking him for his EA log on details but I'd be surprised if he gave you the correct details
