It says it's allowed.

So...I'm guessing nothing will happen to those servers. Let's shut them down for following the rules.

Everything which is a server option is legal per definition.

And also I prefer the Titans close together, stationary Titans are a interesting alternative since they offer a (slightly) different play style and you have to alter your tactics. The result of this option is something like "two maps in one".
