Ha.  I just quit playing that.  Shivering Isles anyway.  I love Oblivion but no enough to get 110%.
By the way, I'm level 33 and have almost no Mercantile skill.  How do I get it higher?

Sell things after adjusting the 'Haggle' meter. (If you haven't used it before, try only moving it up 10%-ish) Or use a trainer.

Pfft. Cheats suck, do it the real way: Use skill level-enhancing mods! Mine was set so that you can sell item stacks and still receive your Mercantile skill-up. (Example; get lots of arrows...)

Every time I've sold something I've maxed the disposition and then haggled to the highest percent.  I've sold a few hundred thousand gold worth of stuff this way and my skill is still only in the thirty's.

if you sell like 200 arrows 1 by 1 you get the increase of skill for each one - ie 200x the experience

The only times I use cheats is when I feel like being a tard.

But I dont anymore, not since I learned the CS

Ive got an amulet called "Speed Lawlz" Increases speed, athletics, and acrobatics by 200, Health by 500 (Well, jumping around like a retard does take its tolls) while decreasing destruction, strength and blade, so I dont go wild.

In oblivion, it doesn't matter how high the haggle meter is, but rather, how many things you see. Lets say that I see a stack of 200 arrows. I get 5 exp to Merch. Or I could sell 200 stacks of 1 arrow, and get 5 exp for each arrow, totaling 1000 exp to Merch.
