NO WAY!! I admit Spiderman is cool and everything but come on, Batman would kick his ass. He is just so much better!! He doesn't have any powers but he still kicks everyones ass!

Well... as I recall from my childhood, Batman dies in the comics... broken back.
I don't remember Spiderman ever getting killed by anything, at least from what I remember from the comics I had many years ago.

Batman has unlimited resources and incredible skill, plus he continues to kick arse despite not having any superpowers. His technological superiority can equal and beat all Spiderman's abilities bar one - that being Spiderman's incredible ability of ejaculating from his wrists. Huh. Good on him for that.

Spiderman can shoot web, lift cars, and has precogniscent reflexes, but Batman is Batman. All he has to do is batarang spidey's webline, and get him with a couple as he's falling.

batman has a tool for everything in his belt so he would definitly win, he would have a "spiderman-web-repellant" or some shit..

spiderman sucks, okay he has tiny hairs on his body so he can stick to things... and then he wears a suit, and still he is able to crawl on the buildings.. its so freaking annoying to see the first spiderman movie, he discovers the tiny hairs on his hands - but he is able to do the same with his feet and he has some big ol' boots on in that scene..
