Why is your CPU cooler fan blowing down not up? Heat goes upwards

yes thats another way. doesn't really matter as the Corsair PSU has a fan as well right above the cooler. At current setup the PSU and CPU cooler fans are fighting which one gets more air.

Got everything set up as I like it, at least until the new vid cards drop, and there is a cpu mobo I'm interested in....

pretty minimal right now, upgrading when p55 mobos, i5's, and next gen vid cards drop.
Current specs here:
http://trackr.net/computer-specs/nics-comp

gonna see if the mobo will allow me to clock the CPU further once my gpu is finished folding this WU.
I was just looking at www.newegg.ca and the shell shocker is a 9800 gt for 92 CAD w/free shipping.... If I could find a LGA 775 sli mobo that was worth it, I would order that and another waterblock tonight.

Edit... just tried to oc it a bit further.... it won't let me past 345 on the fsb, raised voltages and all.... don't know if its the mobo, but boot up fails after that point and resets to stock. For some reason I've got the feeling its a RAM issue...

Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.5GHz
Memory: 4028MB RAM
Hard Drive: 320 GB Total
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD4850
Monitor: 20" Samsung (Comp) + 26" Dynex HDTV (Xbox+TV)
Sound Card: Creative X-Fi Xtreme
Speakers/Headphones: Razer Barracuda
Keyboard: Razer Lycosa
Mouse: Razer Mamba
Mouse Surface: Razer Destructor
Operating System: Windows Vistaâ„¢ Home Premium (64 bit)
Motherboard: DG43NB
Fans: Antec 120mm Blue LED
Computer Case: Ultra Mid-T

-Xbox/Wii are set up to the Dynex 26" while the 20" Samsung is for the comp itself.
-Mamba wireless tends to be a bit slow for gaming, luckily it can be used wired as well
-Linksys Wireless-N PCI Card works extremely well

+Next Step: New CPU fan + overclocking

+Eventually picking up twin 500gb HDDs

Hardly. I see a couple cables that could be tucked behind the 5.25 bay. That fan line could be run across the roof. You need more electrical tape and zip ties, sir.

also, aluminum tape works great (very temptress tolerant adhesive) for matting loose wires to the walls of the case ...
