I dunno really, when I was going to school and alot of my friend's parents were already over 50 before I even got to highschool, and it just seemed odd. My parents still aren't over 50 and I've finished school. My mother and father were 25 and 27 respectively, and it just seems like a good age. Not so young that when she was walking down the street people would see her as some knocked up tart and not so old that she was pushing her luck.
Spose it always helps that she was married before having a child.

Exactly, anything after 30 just seems to be 'getting a bit on' if that makes sense. I don't think there is any problems with it, I just thought my may was the norm up until high school, and I hope to do the same.

Never married. Here's my approximation:

Pros:
1. Love, family and traditional companionship.
2. No longer FOREVER ALONE.
3. Dating no longer required.

Cons:
1. Hobbies and use of spare time require 'executive' permission (if you allow it to get that bad).
2. High national divorce rate and lopsided penalties for men.
3. Dating 'not really' required (yeah right).
