umm.in real life id have to say spetz because russians are just plain cool...MATTIAS from Mercinaries FTW!!
I voted for SAS because they have the G36E, M24 and the Apache (...and nice black uniforms)
Spetz because they get the MEC weaponry.
T-90 > M1a2 (at least that's my opinion, it's not that it's better, I just like the tank more)
But SAS has its advantages.

Linebacker > Tunguska
Blackhawk > Big ugly transport heli (can't remember the name :p)

I voted SAS, because they're one of the best Special Forces in the world..
But they don't have the hardest training.. And the force in BF2 are not realistic..
They normally use the M16 and the M249 SAW.

Spetsnaz.they have the HIND,which is very cool.plus they have my favorite weapon in the entire game,the RPK-74.
SAS FTW, English once ruled the world and they still do with USA. Anything with an Ak47 I despise.
In real life i would go with Spetsnaz. They are the hardest and toughest special force in the world. Altough it's hard to compare, because spetsnaz is sabotage oriented, while the SAS do lots of other stuff too.
