let me answer that for you

1. The effect didnt "match" or didnt fit in the scene, i could even see the rain effect outside of the videos safe zone, and the lighting wasnt that great
2. There is a big difference from Vegas slow mo and BR slow mo, how? Frames. BR slow mo is way better because its more visual, your fps is larger and more quicker, But in vegas it just looks crappy when you try to make it really slow.
