EDIT:  He's good, but it would have been more impressive with just the M24 or the M29 instead of the L89A1.

The last thing I want to call this guy is a hacker because most of his kills are amazing (especially the SRAW ones) but can someone please clear up the point at 6:19. He gets the guy a few times with the handgun but when he attacks with the rifle you can actually see where the bullet hits to the left of the guy, and last time I checked DICE didn't allow bullets to pass through people.

The movie was made ages ago, and probably before they made the sniper rifle unaccurate when unscoped (if tha twas ever in a patch) because its impossible to headshot like that these days unscoped with the sniped rifle from the distances he did it at.
Excellent sniper...very quick shots. But it looks like his infantry sucks shitloads. Insta prone and aims at the legs, lol.

Nope, iirc they havent changed the accuracy of unscoped rifles. And even so, the movie was made in 1.3. He just gets uber lucky

But 2 months of recording, im sure your gonna get lucky once or twice.

I don't know what the hell is up with the unscoped kills but anyway, his aim is good and all sure, but nothing amazing for an experienced player. Some fast headshots yeah (and some not) but hell, that's not that hard with a crosshair.

What appears to be a complete lack of scope lag and brill hitreg are what make this look any way impressive IMO. What I mean is that because he can rely on not having to deal with either he can play appropriately; think about what it would be like if you knew you never had to worry about the aiming point jumping 2m off target against some guy firing at you with an AK at close range (like in singleplayer).

@Zulu, ping has almost nothing to do with hitreg.

As for the vid it was ok, looks like a montage of his luckiest kills + some long range shots on guys in the mist on Sharqui (which anyone with a moderate knowlegde of bullet drop can do without trying), and the assault/medic stuff is just plain run of the mill noob ganking that anyone can do. AT stuff was pretty good, but I never played AT much so I'm easy to impress lol.

My BF2 ping averages 10-20, my hit reg varies from fine to attrocious.

It was just nice to see someone making a "sniping" video and show they can use other kits, nearly as effectively.  I especially appreciate seeing someone else hop on the TOW and use it against troops and the choppers.  And I LOVE taking out choppers with the ERYX/SRAW, it's something I've been working on a little bit lately.

And considering the opponents at Karkand were "n00bs" didn't he do what was expected and get mutli-kills in most segments?  To me this wasn't a typical sniping video in that he moved around.  Most sniping vids just show someone lying around somewhere taking "uber" shots at people coming to them, or moving around in their field of view.  That's no different than the nade spammers.  You hide in the same spot, so you know all the shots.  Isn't this the sniper all snipers are supposed to be?  In the fray with the other groundpounders?  He used all the weapons he had available, he even grabbed a medic kit when a team mate was K'd and revived them.

The only thing I really didn't care for was setting the claymore at the corner.  Other than that I think this guy was a good shooter.

My friend gets ping of between 3 and 6 on our server and he has amazing hit reg.
