I have played on American servers with kmal a few times and honestly....Australian players seem to be more skilled then Americans. Obviously there are still gonna be you're incredibly good players, but they don't seem as common as Australians.Simon wrote:

It doesn't really take intelligence, just knowledge of skills. Anyone can learn how they work and how to apply them if they take long enough. Of course it requires some skill and a lot of team coordination. Knowledge isn't a skill, not that it's not important.RedTwizzler wrote:

1v1 and guild wars in the same phrase is an oxymoron. If you are judging Guild Wars by duels 1vs1, you don't know shit about that game. Period.
Guild Wars is all about, duh, Guild Wars, aka 8vs8, wich, at high levels, require massive team coordination on TS/Vent. Any high-level player is gonna say you the same thing: a good build constitutes no more than 10% of a win. When they introduced the observer mode, there was A LOT of guilds using the exact same build of War Machine (n.1 guild at that moment), and all failed miserably.

The hardest server I've found in Australia to play on is GameArena 14. Every night will have a good selection of very good Australia clan players.
Our GameArena ladder (10v10 right now) is very very strong.
You know I am interested to see who's better between Australians and everyone else, but you won't find the answer in stats. That's true, about the monking and interupting. That does take some good reflexes. That 10% number is not exactly true though. Certain builds kick the shit out of the other and others are well balanced so that number can change a lot. Quite frankly I don't care much any more for guild wars because the good players are quite full of themselves and it's pathetic. It's takes way too much of a time commitment. With BF2 I can just sit down for a couple hours and play 4-8 games.The_Jester wrote:
