The correct answer to this question is Canada. Its like their only claim to fame other than curling and huge quantities or mediocre weed.
However I would change my answer if the US pacific northwest (including northern CA) seceded and became its own country (BC can come too). We are so much nicer than everybody. Everybody sucks at being nice compared to us.
And since everybody hates the US as a whole, you dont find that pesky european elitism here in the PNW either (in case some of you commies were going to point out how nice you are over in europe). (and plus i think irony is funny).
By the way I don't think any of the above is true. In reality I'm sure Nigeria is the nicest. Its hard to perceive just how friendly they have been to Shell over the years.

While the Dutch and the Belgians are generally nice, the top prize would have to go to Jordan. Wonderful people who will do anything for you, always polite. Yes, if they are trying to sell you something at the tourist traps it gets a bit much, but they always back off politely if you ask. But then they say that people are a reflection of their leader (in business even more than nationally) and the King of Jordan, and his father when he was king are very good role models. If only more leaders of countries were like them.
Nicest country I've ever been to would be Holland...... almost everyone speaks English, and it's just a very pleasant place to be...
France is also a very nice place to be in, even for Americans. Hell, 1 out of every 5 people you see in Paris is American anyway (at least that's what it seemed like)

I've been just about everywhere and (considering what they've been through) Vietnam takes the prize....I spent 3 months there and I was constantly getting invited to dinner by people who barely had enough to feed themselves and never expected anything in return.
