So there we were....Phrozen, Venom and myself in the server awaiting people to join. We had an idea.
DPV racing!

Started with a simple trip from Huang Village to the Quan Compound. It went onto checkpoint races from Huang Village to Lao Ting Village, onto Lao Seng and then onto Cam Yin.

DPV racing, DPV vs FAV and Humvee racing all took place.

Got some screenies...a good laugh. Some dirty play occurred too. Bot pushing my humvee off the cliff (of which I carried on and got to the checkpoint first ), me exiting my car, arty landing on my head, Bot ramming my DPV and flipping it, Venom smashing into me and detonating my C4....the list goes on!
(yes, my graphics suck...need an upgrade!)

Bwahahaha! I had fun also! Better than having a tk fest waiting for players. You could make a really good course, you would just have to map it though and make sure no one cheats/forgets to hit a check point.

Snake's got spinners of C4! You only killed us a few times, and not sure if they were all intentional.

Anyways Snake, you didn't know how hard I laughed when I shoved you off the the road with the Humvee. Then you guys went to the wrong flag... so it helped you in the race, putting me last! Let's race again! I'd like to see 5 players going at it, and I'll cap some screens, but a video would be funnier.

I got your xfire message, and to my surprise, a game got going (when I was away).

lol...i pissed myself too (not literally) when you pushed me off. Same when Venom rammed me and blew us both up (which is above with all the "lol's" in it).

Was great fun, especially with my C4 19" spinners Its just as good in chopper blades....always fun for those ramming missions

Yes they are on low! I tried putting medium settings for texture and geometry the other day...the FPS didnt agree with it
I tried it all on high the other day (partly for my sig) and woah, the difference is astounding.

But, you cant play without FPS...so the graphics have to suck on my computer for the time being.

Next time with more players.Hey and Smoke Screen and Jalalalbad are also good maps for a race or maxbe Fushe Pass with the strange roads up and down the hills

Why not different divisons of vehicles?

Light Transport
One driver, one back gunner. C4 only allowed on wheels.

Heavy Transport
One driver, one gunner, one free gunner in the back. All weapons allowed for free gunner.

Tank
One driver. No C4 allowed.

APC
One driver, any number of passengers. No C4 allowed.

Mobile AA
One driver, one free gunner. All weapons allowed for free gunner.

Wouldn't that be fun?

The light and heavy transports might be interesting, but everything else would kill the rest of the compition.

You need enough tanks/APC's etc first. APC racing on Songhua or FuShe would rock! Since they can get to high speeds, makes it more fun and variable. Tanks would just be a long, slow race with no overtaking

I would like to race. But, my BF2 won't start any more. Gives me a black screen and then back to my desktop. Same thing with BF2142. It all went fine untill Thursday night, when BF2142 crashed.

(I've tried to reinstall both BF2 and BF2142.)

Shows how much Ive played Leviathan. No-where near as much as Gator eh Andy
Cant find any decent sized servers running Leviathan, or any servers for that matter.

Used to be a 24/7 Great Wall server....got shut down due to nobody wanting to play there (despite a poll with people going "Yeah Ill defo play there all the time". Yeah, right.)
