Sorry, but when was that the case??? BF2 v1.41, man im glad i started playing BF2142.

In that game they need new maps, Road to Jihadbad jsut didn't quite cut the cheese.

Another game that with the first patch on release date is Neverwinter Night 2.
I believe Medal of Honor Pacific Assault had the same problems, because of a strange recoil effect which took 1 to 2 seconds to get the gun back in shooting position.
