According to my stats ( http://bf2s.com/player/79681296/ ) 103% of my kills are from vehicles... anyone wanna explain how this is possible? Yes I know I'm a jet whore.

Better question, if you take your vehicle kills (minus road kills), add your weapon kills, and then add your equipment kills, you get 2410. That is about 100.7% of your kills. Hmm.

Vehicle kill statistics are a little quirky in BF2 ... you can set a clay, hop in a tank ... and as soon as the clay goes off, it registers as a tank kill. Also, vehicle-vehicle collisions don't always seem to register as your kill in the game, although it is possible that they do statistically.tyme414 wrote:

Yes i have the factual answer and no flames. Because for some reason BF2S erroneously counts roadkills towards your kill count total. Kills under the heading "kills" is your actual total BF2S takes that number and adds roadkills, which the stat counter in EA/Diceland or whereever, already does.

Consider for a moment that I'm not talking about the percentage calculations (which I agree differ) but I am specifically pointing out the problem with the kill totals. Once again (in case you just skimmed through my post), "EA is still reporting his vehicle kills higher than his total kills":
Vehicle Kills: 2,458
Total Kills: 2,393
Is this more clear, or do you have another clever comment?
Edit: BTW, if you know of a stats site that shows different totals, I would be interested.
