Other gun controlling shithole states like California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York always make me feel better about Maryland's relatively miniscule amount of gun control.

I'm waiting on a state-issued permit just to be allowed to buy a handgun but at least I don't need references(although in this particular case, I'd say it did its job), what an unconstitutional crock of shit.  New Jersey is hands down the last state I would ever consider moving to.

Every day a state keeps a gun out of the hands of macbeth is a point in its favor. I couldn't care less about his second amendment rights. Firearms are srs business. Even fake intent of threat and violence tells me that an individual should not be afforded possession.

Take it to the supreme court J numbers.

Not quite that simple, it's already being fought in a much lower Federal court first and eventually the Supreme Court can take it on if the case is brought before them and they decide to make an opinion on it.  Or at least that's the way I understand it, I'm not sure if any issue can be brought directly to the Supreme Court without first going through a lower court.

It'll probably go to the Federal Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals like most big gun control cases do in this state where the antigun law will inevitably be upheld until the Supreme Court decides to make an opinion and settle the issue at the national level.

In America, it pretty much does.

People in real life love me. You would not be able to find a person outside my immediate family who would say a single bad thing about me. If I go grocery shopping, I will see a bunch of people I know who will be happy to say hi and talk. I had a ton of friends in high school. I knew everyone.

This may come as a surprise to you people but a person could live a perfectly healthy life without liking dogs.

i'm not saying you're constantly negative and evil. but you are doing a callous and evil thing. most people would have huge emotional difficulty in doing something that they knew would cause great distress and upset to their parents; it's as strong and direct a case of empathy as you're going to get in any human relation. you are putting your petty self-interest ('i prefer not to have a dog around for my own personal life enjoyment') above a huge emotional ordeal for your parents. i am saying that is disgusting. don't act all hurt. your moral compass is fucked, not mine.

again. you don't need to move home and burden your parents with your man-child lifestyle again. you can move elsewhere if you are unhappy or finding it financially difficult (you give this advice to jay all the time ...). you are an independent adult. stop encroaching on your parents' enjoyment of life and their choice to have a family pet because you're a spoilt little shitstain and want it all exactly your way. get a life.

i am going to put this as simply as possible.

when deciding what to do with their future, or where to live.

would say to themselves: 'oh, i don't like living around dogs, so my parents' isn't really any option anymore'.

your thought process is: 'hey, i want to save money; i could live at my parents; but first i should kill their dog'.

if you're not trolling, there is something very wrong with you. my simplest advice is to get a life. be a man. you are acting like a craven little bitch.

moving back home with your parents in your late 20s because you don't want to be financially responsible == failure.

if you technically weren't living with your parents, why would their dog be an invasive issue? derp derp
