My old Taurus PT140 wasn't much fun to shoot. Wasn't half as comfortable as this XD and being .40cal Sub-compact with a notoriously long trigger-pull, it was hard to manage a tight group in semi-fast succession. That's why I upgraded.

vortex scopes work very well for their price point in my experience.
As soon as my tax return is in, I'm making an order to HCS for a Mk18 Mod 1 upper.
I can get it with the proper KAC flash hider and flip sights, included, cheaper than for what I've seen for a DD upper.
Can't wait.
