I think the forums on this site have grown far beyond BF2. Fair enough, we're all BF2 players, but I've seen alot of posts that aren't BF2 related, but still have a big readership. Perhaps the "Not bf2, not BF2S" sections needs a bit of refinement such as subsections like: real life, other games, my sphincter hurts, other non-sphincter hurting Fancy_Pollocks posts, how do I use a PC, is the world going to end, etc...

Sort of forum related i suppose; Can we change the name "Karma" to "thanks"? Karma makes sense when you have negative and positive numbers to assign, however now that you have done away with negative it makes little difference to how people view it. For the most part it is seen as a commodity to be traded but has no basis on how helpful the person is, or his accomplishments on this site. I suggest thanks because then people see the purpose of giving it out to others. IE. Thank you for posting your strategy guide, thank you for the opinion, etc.
This is not to say that people will stop trading it, but it could make people think more about why they are giving it. I bet a lot less people would feel like thanking someone just to be thanked. With Karma people seem to think it's like a card game where you collect the most. Maybe then people would do more things worth of other people's thanks.
