I never gave the map discription much a thought, but what is Taraba? It's a river in the Taraba state of Nigeria. Hmmmm, what the heck is the MEC and EU doing all the way in Nigeria? This is Africa! We got a Middle Eastern service ribbon for being, well, in the Middle East, Far East service ribbon, and a North American one also. Hmmmm, how about African service ribbon?
