Our taxes are actually quite low.

10% GST, no property tax on house you live in. Oh not to mention you pay 0 tax selling your own house and get a 50% tax discount on selling assets held over 1 year. Oh not to mention you can deduct mortgage interest and expenses on real estate assets on your personal income.

Oh and no inheritance tax so yeah guess our "ridiculous taxes" hurts people.

I don't think you know how much taxes people pay here... It's actually quite reasonable.

No idea on what you're on about re import tariffs, it's quite low as well.

Housing cost is generally limited to Sydney and Melbourne. Still cheaper than San Fran or NYC so yeh.

Basically our housing issue is actually caused by beneficial tax system given to real estate... so the opposite of these "high taxes" you're harping on about.

I took a lovely picture of a sunset against the hills of Irvine. It was a good pic. I'm pissed because the bf2s community put time and effort into sending a camera around the US and this little shit stain decided he wasn't gonna participate after the camera got to him.

That being said, most of my friends have seen me naked. It's not something i'm ashamed about. I have a big weiner, but regardless, it's not something I had any impact on growing myself so there's no reason to be self-conscious about it.

The kids have learned to respect my authority. When I give a command, they obey. The kids have come to dread my presence. When they see me, many of them sigh or groan. When they stare at me, I stare back until they turn away. I have never lost a staring contest. I let them get away with nothing. Cellphones away, laptops only open when I feel like it. Have to use the bathroom? You are going to have to wait.

I don't treat all kids like a Nazi though. Some of them enjoy my favor and I enjoy having them in my class. I am good at this job.
