I'm not fussy but I think my favourite pizza is mozzarella, basil or rocket, Italian sausage, and cherry tomatoes. Wood fired. Simple and amazing. Unfortunately the only place that did it properly fucking closed down or moved or something.

There's a pizza place by me run by an Argentinian who received his pizza degree from Naples. They make an amazing pizza with fingerling potatoes and an egg and its amazing.
