i havent gotten the chance to play BF2142 but ive seen videos of it and think BF2 looks better.

Bf2. Although I'm still giving Bf2142 a chance because its still a beta and you only get to play one map and game mode.

BF2, although, knifing in 2142 is quite easy. I have a 10 straight kill streak and they were all knifers lol.
