POE Problem

i installed poe and loved to play.
sound, weapons, vehicles all is awesome (i am a german and was in our army for two years and i love to see the "good old vehicles. )

but as i wanted to go back and play ranked the sky was black. tried karkand, mashtuur and wake on different servers and the sky was always black. further more you coould not see very far though everything seemed very foggy.

so does anyone else have this problem? is there anything to do/fix?

or do i have to decide what to play poe or vanilla? in that case it would look very bad for vanilla.

it seems that this hasn't happened by now. perhaps tomorrow when the others try to play ranked again.

Hasn't happened to me, make sure you installed POE in the right Folder.. Programs/EA Games/Battlefield2/Mods/POE2

If that doesn't help just go to

www.Pointofexistence.com and go to there forums, might have better luck there..

maybe try deleting or removing your bf2 folder inside your my documents folder. that maybe or may not solve the problem, but i would start there first. let me know if that works for you, if not we can try some other stuff.

VeNg3nCe^ you are alot smarter than the avg bf2 smurf though, but i agree i have tried a lot of mods and never had a problem. see my post above for a possible solution.

at first: fallen and carpathian mountains ftw! but i havent played all maps so far.

@victim: thx but there was nothing in the forum to find. although +1

@marlboro: deleted the folder (play on default settings so its not that bad) and the problem hasnt come back yet. +1

@vengence: tried mods before but never had this problem. but +1 also - i'm in a good mood

at first i thought it was a hacking problem though i had 1000 vehicles dropping on my head but that was only on one server.
so i hope it wont happen again.
