well me.. i just signed up right at EA forums no other ones... and you have to register for the forums lol

the 2142 beta forums are private. If you have the beta you've got the password to the forums.

Yes, the only way to get a password there is to get the key, the password should be in the email with the key

Anyway, the private beta forums are nothing special, just people moaning that the wolfservers muck up, that they expect a beta to be as stable as a release title, moaning because they get smashed, and the occasional person actually posting a glitch/exploit notification.
