I thought it would be stupid, but it really did puzzle me...watch until the very end.

...so easily explainable, I mean come on, look to the right of the fence, no fence over there, prolly same with the left side, where the car went. gg.

Look a lil closer...that's a lil gap between the fences...like a pedestrian walkthrough.

It looks like he went around the right side of the fence because the cop car made a left earlier than the other car.
