For the last few weeks BF2S' (that was weird to write) DNS host has been having some issues. Just recently things were complicated further due to a large DDoS attack. This has been causing all sorts of random downtime for various services around here. The culmination was mon/tues when the site was practically unreachable to most users.
We've installed and are running our own DNS servers now (Markimus is the man) and should no longer have any site access issues (at least, until I break some php for ya )
Sorry about the hassle -- for those in the know, you should clear out your HOSTS file now.
When your ISP's nameservers re-cache the new nameserver settings for BF2S.com, you'll find there are no longer any resolving issues. If you're impatient and you'd like to attempt to clear your local PC cache, do the following:
Go to Start > Run. Enter in cmd. At prompt, type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter. Then, type "ipconfig /registerdns" and hit enter. Close all of your browser windows and have at 'er.
