I like how you neglected to put American cheese on there, you English bastard.

You can never go wrong with Brie, but oh so many good cheeses excluded from that list
I beg your pardon. English? Afraid not. I didn't put any cheeses from my own country up either.Fancy_Pollux wrote:

Am I gonna have to get the political map of Europe out again?

Note the international boundaries around the Republic of Ireland, Poblacht na hÉireann in our native tongue.

partial to foumunda cheese myself
Seriously, though, I like a good gorgonzola or brie. The texture and strong flavor is what I like in a cheese.

The spherical Edam Cheese is known since the 14th century. It was shipped from Edam, and hence was named Edam Cheese.

Dairylea?
If u like strong cheese try some stinking bishop.
smeg?
I think you can"t beat a good Epoisse (french cheese), but I doubt anyone other than french people a) would find some b) would appreciate it. I wish I'm wrong and that you'll find some, overcome the smell and dare to taste this wonder with a good Bourgogne rouge (maybe a 1986 or something like that). If you're open-minded enough, you will karma me everyday for at least a hundred years.
