I understand what you mean, but it's a PNG picture, you're not supposed to see the background at all, I don't understand why you can see it.:S

8/10. Decent work. Here's some critique:

The thin black lines along the border edges are unnecessary, and a bit too rough. The shape of the border reminds me of a stylized sci-fi screen, so you could consider adding a video interlace effect. The border's thickness leaves some room for some detail, such as wires, panels and a model label. The text is a bit hard to read, so you could make it more defined. The inner glow on the picture is not subtle enough.

Thx for the critic elseway, I will try to make the text clearer, but I'm not that good with wires and stuff..

Does ANYONE know how to get the background transparent in BOTH firefox AND Internet Explorer? Thx!

Has potential.
I don't understand the frame design - maybe make it in the shape of two dog tags.
The smoke from the tank is too close and too concentrated in one spot.  Also. theres water under the tank.
The tank torrent looks a little off and the nozzle is too short.

IMHO - Kaboom.

I don't think you can, because a transparent background has to be a PNG, and IE doesn't support PNG. Just another reason to use Firefox.

I would give it a 9. Cool picture inside the frame, and the frame looks cool and unique. I like the shape of it. The only thing missing is that the frame underneath where it says [MAH] Clan and underneath his forearm need to be darker.
