I actually heard a story that the whole "pwnage" thing came about when some guy was setting up a Starcraft server or something to that effect, anyways, he misspelled "ownage" with a p in the server name. If you look at a qwerty keyboard, the p is next to the o, and since his server was popular, people started saying it.

my team is obsessed with adding zor at the end of certain words while in matches. how upsetting.
