Is the lead character in that movie "hoot" from Black Hawk Down? It just kind of looked like him. I just saw it for the first time last night, and wow, what an amazing movie.

Munich and Syriana are both amazing films. If you didn't understand Syriana, then you need to watch it again as with any Soderberg film. You also have to really care about the deep political statements and implications in the film, and not just watch it expecting a dumb action flick...

I knew it was political, and plan on watching it one or two more times. Kind of like me trying to follow Pulp Fiction the first time. I guess I am a little slow. And I prefer movies like that, not just shoot em up movies.Marconius wrote:

Syriana sucked. I understood the basics of what they were trying to say, but I get the feeling what was needed to make the movie coherent was left on the editing room floor.

i just say Syriana yesterday, it was a pretty good movie, also i saw the movie the constant gardener
