Picture this: A crowded market filled with vendors, shoppers, kids, and old folk spending a Sunday talking and buying groceries and trinkets. All of a sudden gunmen start to spray the crowd with bullets and grenades.
After its all over 50 people lie in the streets dead. Men, women, and children all included in the death toll. Now the people responsible claim they do this for their country, religion, and to punish the evil zionist. My question is why? What do they gain by killing their own people.

Im actualy trying to get inside the head of someone who is actually pulling the trigger watching kids fall from the bullets ripping them to shreds. I know someones going to say something like ask the soldiers that are occupying lands. But we all know that soldiers dont aim on purpose at civilians. I want to know about those who aim on purpose at civilians.

Not to over simplify, but because they either feel that they are serving the greater good, or they simply enjoy killing and the particular group they are affiliated with provides them an easy outlet for such an action. There are such things as bad people. Myabe they believe they're doing them a favor by shuffling them loose the mortal coil. Personally, I think death will be much better than this $h1t, not that I intend to hasten it's approach for myself or another.
