This week the Dutch court has aproved a group of Pedophiles to start a political party. This party will be trying to get as many votes as possible to actualy get into the politics of the Netherlands. They plee for making sex with 12 year olds legal.

The chargers took the Pedophiles to court for violating the "Rights of the Child"

The defenders took upon themselfs the right of free speach and the possibility for anyone to make a party and sign it up as a candidate for the polics.

The Judge agreed with the pedophiles..

I personnaly think all these people and people who support them should be locked away in a mental institution..

Personally, while not supporting paedophilia in any form or sex at that age, I would agree with what the judge said:

"Freedom of expression...including the freedom to set up a political party can be seen as the basis for a democratic society,"

These are some seriously screwed up people...maybe the judge is one of them...they effectivly want to make raping 12 year olds legal, cuz i doubt most 12 year olds will know what the hells going on properly, and that will screw them up for life.

They need to be locked up then left with the parents of these kids...

As for hiding behind free speech...thats just an abuse of rights, free speech should be a privilage, especially as a lot of people still dont get it.

I'm a pretty liberal live and let live kind of person, but that is just wrong.

1. At that age children simply lack the cognitive ability to make a fully informed choice about sex.

2. Primarily for females, but at that age their sexual organs are not sufficiently developed to withstand sexual activity. It could result in permanent damage, possibly even infertility.

Normally I support the Dutch on many things, such as marijuana, free speech, the "no cars in the central city" thing. But this is just horrific. To have a select few people try and press there ideas that its ok to take the innocence from a pre-teen child is horrible and the Dutch court should have stopped them because their views are clear violations of the UN Rights Of A Child.

Well... You either have a society with freedom of speech and opinion or you don't. There is no middle ground. You can't say you have freedom of opinion and illegalise a party because it's opinion is morally questionable. Only when their thoughts and opinions result in illegal ACTIONS can you intervene.
