The name 'Vega' came when i started playing Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six - Raven Shield, i'd decided to take the name of one of the characters from the book 'Rainbow Six' and Julio Vega seemed the most badass of them all (he's one of the teams machine gunners and uses an M60, he's also built like a brick shithouse)

The =FDX= part of my name comes from my old Raven Shield clan ¦FÐX¦, we were pretty much the best clan in the UK and probably one of the best in Europe until the game was ruined by cheats. I still keep in touch with my old clanmates but few of them play BF2 (most of them are waiting for the next Raven Shield).

My in Game name "The Guardsman" was my old rank whilst serving in the Grenadier Guards. All it means is private, but in the Guards its Guardsman and in a tank regiment it would be Trooper.

well.. I took Sarge because of the character in Red vs. Blue. I needed a new name at the time. I'm still thinking about what I'm actually going to have next. I had a brainwave the other day, a perfect name, made me think 'now why didn't i think of that before?!'.

Then I forgot it

Literally everything I could think about using as a nickname was taken so I sat in my room and my eyes happened to fall on my stoneisland jacket. Thought what the hell and tried it; Yay, not taken!

I'm Buckles cuz when i was a cadet (all those years ago) I always made sure i had the latest Kit (i.e. Soldier '95s) like webbing, assault vest, bergen etc while everyone else was running around in the old '58 pattern webbing issued from the stores and since '58 has metal clips on it and S'95 has plastic buckles on it, you can guess how i got that nickname?!

Incontrovertible:

adj 1: impossible to deny or disprove; "incontrovertible proof of the defendant's innocence"; "proof positive"; "an irrefutable argument" [syn: irrefutable, positive] 2: necessarily or demonstrably true; "demonstrable truths" [syn: demonstrable]

What it means to me:

"Finally, to balance the more probable, well-supported stories above, I feel I should mention one of the galaxy's more popular, however ridiculous legends - that of the U.E.S. Incontrovertible. The Incontrovertible was the first flagship of the UE feet, an early-model destroyer which was presumed destroyed when fighting off, alone, half-a- dozen Voinian capital ships in order to make time for the freighters it was escorting to get through to Earth. Since then however, numerous sightings of the Incontrovertible have been reported. In virtually all the stories, the mysterious ship always arrives just in time to rescue the beleaguered vessel from overwhelming odds against Voinians or Renegades, before departing once more when its mission is done. Although of course totally bizarre, the Incontrovertible is an extremely popular myth, symbolizing the eternal struggle of mankind and the UE fleet against its foes." - Escape Velocity: Override Documentation

So to me 'Incontrovertible' represents Altruism and Bravery, two very appealing character traits to me.

Sturmpanzerjager -> Sturmpanzerjäger = Assault-Tank-Trooper in German

Why did I choose it?
-Because it looks angry, it sounds angry, and it should be at least a bit memorable.

Negative aspects: Some server admins think theres something nazi about it, which in turn leads to a kick for name violation.. No, I'm not a goddamn nazi!
I need around tree fiddy.

Well. my original name was Slicer and it came from when i played Delta Force: Land Warrior. I was averaging 10-15 knife kills per game, then my teammates just started calling me slicer. when BF2 came rolling i just took sliceman because i was sick and tired of seeing Slicer everywhere.

well, i was watching Tv one day, and i saw this show, it was awsome, i forgot the name of the show but i know it was good, so, well , the show ended and i was like . DANG that was awsome. then i got some chips, but not hot chips. they were mild chips, the i wanted some hot sause, so i got some, the i got a drink becuase it was so hot, so iwas sitting there watching, thinking about that show, eating food, and drinking water, and it came to me, IM GONNA GO OUTSIDE. so i went outside, and there was this really cool bird just stairing at me. i told it to quit, but it didnt, so i threw my shoe at it, and it flew away. but i went in my pool and a few hours later, PEACE OUT IM OFF TO BED, to be continued
