Executioner's text is good.  You can flesh it out with facts (such as "I have not been given a solid date, nor have I been given a reason for the delay").  The problem you will run in to is that if you search through the AW site, you will find words to the effect that "We cannot be held resposible for delays in shipping due to our suppliers' schedules...blah....blah....blah.

You also, unfortunatly, hit AW during their transition to being a part of Dell.  Situations like that usually result in the custoemr getting screwed.

HOWEVER - I bought my VP of sales an Alien Ware luggable desktop and IT ROCKS!!!!!!

not that hard there are a billion guides on how to build a pc u can get a person at a local comp shop to do it for u.

just talk calmly and ask them how long is it gonna take, ask for a refund if u ordered quick shipping

I would do that but i don't have a car cause i've onley been here for a short while and decided to spend my money on a rig cause it is allot cheaper here then at home + i don't really know the area very well.
