These AA do my soddin head in when im in a jet. Flares dont do sod all for me. Still get the annoying the sound and then im down. And one time didnt even get the sound and i got shot down by one. There everywhere ahhh.

Anyone else have the same problem?

Yes, someone posted that when you use your flares you should dive down with them so AA has a harder time tracking you and by the time the flares hit the ground you are out of site.

Although for some reason, SAMs (Stinger, IGLA, Essex) all track the J-10 better than the F-35 and F-18's missiles do. Then again, the F-35's missiles seem to have been coded by someone with the IQ of a walnut.

AA is even less fun in a recon. 2 missiles and you're dead and you can't do anything to the AA tanks. So basically if you see one you have to stay a good 500m away from it at all times.

Hehe.. I really like what you all say in this tread.. I was the one before that really had a bad time in planes.. changed strategy and am now driving AA.. COOL. Works really well.. You might give it it a Go aswell.

After all.. since a lot of people get TK'd over A-10's.. does it not sound like a sweet deal?

The best thing to do is turn as hard and fast as you can and only drop flares at the last minute. If you drop flares as soon as you get locked on, well, that's like running towards your grave and leaping into it like "yay! grave!"

Also, rule of thumb: whatever aircraft or helicopter you're using, if you don't destroy AA on your first attack run, don't try again. Just leave. Come back later when it doesnt know where you are.

AA is insane, i get locked behind freaking buildings and shit. I was flying yesterday and was locked from the gas station all the way to the shopping centre flag, and even then i had to land to lose the lock

Yeah, perhaps all tools in this game is a real "KILLER".. because of all these threads containing.. fly-noob, aa-noob, tank-noob, ... you get it?

So much complaints and so little gaming. Well, as to speak for myself, I really suck at everything in this GAME, but still some strange power of a kind keeps me on playing..

So what about that everyone that sucks just like me could have a spawn-rape, butt -fkk contest? And we could all measure our dkk to really see who's got the thang? Or perhaps then again it is just a game? SHIT..
