Stern John played a blinder and that Glen character wasn't too shabby either. There was never any doubt in my mind that John was onside for that should-have been goal.
The scoreline didn't reflect the game fairly, but then when has it ever?

Is this the WC of last minute winning goals? Germany Poland decided in the last minutes. The English scoring near the end of the match. And just now Sweden - Paraguay in the 88th (or was it 89th) minute??????

If this was given as an option before the WC started England would of bitten their hand off. Qualified already, no goals concedeed, bloody awful isn't it.
Get a grip and support your team, both France and Brazil won the WC before and Italy I think after poor starts. I think this may have England written on it, but as soon as Rooney is off the pitch their heads will drop. The crowd went quiet all second half, thats the time to get behind your team. Rooney is such an influence and thus it's on a knifes edge if England can keep scoring. Owen should be dropped, Lennon should start, Lampard dropped, Carrick brought in and Gerrard allowed to push on.

Gerrard can create brilliant shots, lampard can as well, but as for owen he has lost his skill. Beckham creates all the chances with his crosses and free kicks thank god he can aim lol BOOM HEADSHOT on crouches head lol
