I like how the beer taps will get "confused" after a while and end up showing the pouring animation while not actually filling the glass, or vice versa.  Also, as people walk up to you, try waving your cursor around the middle portion of the bar where you set the drinks down...you'll end up making people pass you while giving you points and extra time!

I can't figure out what they idiots want with mixed drinks

EDIT: and just like when I was a for real bartender, I hate douchebags that order 900 different things that make you run around the bar

Before you got a customer you must already put down an empty glass under the tap, one under the coke machine and some glasses with ice.
