I think I played a total of 8 hours on EF. I'm almost caught up in AF. I'm liking AF a lot more for some reason.
Sober enough to know what I'm doing, drunk enough to really enjoy doing it
I played 20 hours on EF but it was getting hard to find servers even then.
Just like SF,nobody plays the good maps which actually take some skill and time to master.
But everybody loves Karkand....

I'd love to play some EF - are their Purple Hearts a different color? I need to add to my collection.
I find enough SF servers to have fun. Not many mind you, but of those, several are smaller player numbers, which I prefer. I'm been a Warlord whore for a while, but I'm getting back into the night maps of late. Personally, I'm happy that the Karkand masses haven't flocked to SF.Mj.Blindfisch wrote:

And yeah, I know Warlord isn't the hardest of maps to play, but damned if it isn't fun with 32 players or so.

Euroforce isn't dead, it just has one server that keeps a consistant amount of people in it, even though it is euro and armored fury...
I got demolished by jets on every server I played on... Whether I was in a car, a tank, an APC... or just groundpounding it.
Two matches in a row, on two different servers I had a K/D of about 0.3 and I decided to give it up then...
That and the Euro tanks are useless... Weak powered and weak armored.

^ Believe it or not that sever is BF2 + Euro + Fury ! When it has 30-60 of its slots full its really fun since it goes to the maps on bf2 I usually dont play (Songhua Stalemate etc) all the Euro and then all the AF maps.
...cept right now no one is on it. Still fun and is in my favorites.

EF maps are hard to find - i just filter by map and usually find a server. If EA did as good a job on EF as they did on AF a lot more people would be playing it.
I need to get back into EF so I can finish my ribbon and medal - soon.
As far as AF - It's just awesome!!! I got my ribbon in four days. I found it to be easy to get points - don't go on a server with more than 32 players {18 best}. I luv the Warthog, being ex-Air Force, you can stay in the air longer than BF2 and the kill rate tends to be higher. Mostly I like the armor - since you need 400 hours in armor to get your expert AF is the place to do it.

I can never filter Euro maps. I use to when it first came out, maybe getting a few hits but that's it. I know that even though you search for the servers, they are still around, they just don't show up. Most EF servers have merged AF into the rotation, but the rest have gone AF 24/7. I never did get my 100BRS for the EU Oh well. If anyone knows of one server still playing EF post it here, then I think enough hardcore EF players can keep it up and running. I've played 120 or 140 hours of EF, and it's great. It could have been better, but I think it's the end.

Jolt.co.uk even got a 24/7 Great Wall server, unfortunately this server is running Midnight Sun right now. Hopefully they're going to switch back soon, because Great Wall is one of the best maps out there and definately underrated.

Ugh.. I need to get the damn EU times up. I didn't work for that 100BRS only to not be able to get the other two requirements for that medal.
