I had to ask.  I just think it's cool that there is finally a game that takes place on american soil.  It's only the 2nd one I've seen.  The other game that takes place in America is your average WWII game(Pearl Harbor).  Ok, answer the question, or tell me if I'm wrong, that there HAS been another game besides AF/WWII games that take place directly in America.

I live just outside Lancaster and have to say that I am completely impressed at the accuracy of "Harvest". It was a pleasant surprise to load up AF for the first time and read the story behind the battle.[yes I do read them]
I grew up on a mushroom farm, 40+  acres, bailing for hay. The country roads with corn silos. and everything is very true to today, Not just the look on a postcard but I believe to be an accurate rendition of the local industry level as it is today. I'll post some picks of the farm when I can. kudos  2 the programs and research dept.,
well done.

That region looks great.  Much prettier than shitty Florida landscaping.

Yea, I live near Lancaster and I have to admit that they did a REALY good job with the scenery. Well, we always knew EA/DICE were good at making great maps. Too bad they cant make a great game.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Flight 93 crash somewhere near Lancaster? That's a bit odd.

Next booster pack MUST have a battle in NYC or Washington DC.

I believe flight 93 was farther north and west. Lancaster is south east Pa. "Google earth".exe has a pretty cool look at the location. just do a "fly to" in the top search bar.

I lived in Lancaster, PA and worked just next to the Farmers' Market where we had a few Amish come in (escorted by a local) Nice folk. Some looked scared.  Okay, I was scared interacting with them. (Oh, fuck! Did I  just say "fuck" in front of an Amish fuck?)
Anyway, yeah, it does look a lot like Lancaster.

Nah, that was closer to Pittsburgh...way west...Lancaster's more east toward Philly.

Yes, I live near Valley Forge in a town called Collegeville. It's right near the whole Lancaster area and I know the area like the back of my hand, and it's thrilling to see a route 29 sign when I live right off that road.

I live in missouri, yet the harvest map looks very close to things here in the ozarks(SW state). We also have a sizeable minonite community and see the buggies on certain roads. theres even road signs here with buggies on em. Ive said in another post i wish they wouldve added a small town area to the harvest map, you dont have to go far outside of my small town to see scenery like this.

I live around Lancaster PA. I think the maps look pretty good. There really isn't much to emulate, Its all cows fields, and an occasional woods here and there.

P.S. Flight 93 crashed pretty much in western PA. Definatly not in Lancaster

I used to live in Mechanicsburg Pa.  I felt the Harvest scenery was strikingly familiar.  From the blinking red lights to the covered bridge.  I thought they did an excellent job.

Does anyone know approximately where Op. Road Rage takes place?
