BF2S Forums What would have made Euro Forces a better booster than it is now?

Hmm, that map seems awfully big. I'm looking in Google Earth and I can't really tell where the tall skyscrapers are at. I see a river going through, and it shows up other small locations or maybe cities that overlap with Shanghai. I'm trying to figure out the city as best as I can. Looks like I might have to re-write the briefing a little Good job though. I think we need someone who is well versed in this area to take a look at it.

I know it became big, didn't really know where to set all flags and stuff. It was hard to find a good place, because the city was so bit. But you can always skip some neighborhoods and get it  like Karkand, Sharqi size ^^

And one more thing. How about give Euro Force a new sniper rifle? Like PSG-1 and give L96 to SAS in Special Forces? L96 would still be an unlock.

Yeah thats true. I think the PSG-1 suits the SAS better then the M24.

definatly hav some maps in europe, it seems that in this game we are always ( until AF ) fighting in China or the middle east, why do we never fight on our own turf, it would make for some great gameplay, like the bocage (from the Normandy Landings WW2) that would make a superb map, so would a Paris or city map, such as Berlin etc. it would be great. even london, sniping from the london eye. that would make my life. (sad life i know)

_J5689_, on a marketing stance, it's good for you, me, and EA if they distribute it via EA downloader. For having such small content, the price for shipping, boxing, and burning it on CDs wouldn't be very profitable, or profitable at all by charging people 10 bucks or 5 Eu. You would be dishing out maybe 15 or 20. It's a lot easier for them just to put it on their cheap servers, and cheaper. The problem I have with this is, we could probably have gotten this content free from other developers. We all know Dice needs to make money, but this is why they make expansion packs and newer titles aka. Special Forces and 2142. It is nice though to have EF while others don't. People hear about how great it is, or how sucky it is, and there isn't much content floating around to give people an idea what Euro Forces is like. Unfortunately, EF has a very small fan base, but I see it still lingering on for a while.

Bottom line, EF should have been cheaper, had more content, or both. PayPal should have been an option also.

Yea, the Polish PZA LOARA pretty much fits mobile AA perfectly for EF. The IFV was either Italian or something else suggested. Good suggestions though. That ATMP kinda looks like that transport in SF. Even though it looks different, I like it. The DPV looks odd compared to the FAV, so the diversity is well deserved.

Yeah, I don't think we can get some new maps =/
But replace some vehicles and the AT4 for Anti Tanks maybe is possible. And give EU a new pistol, like the P8 as Hellogoodsir suggested.

And Arcanos idea with transport helicopters on Taraba (?) was great. So we need a transport helicopter for the EU too.
