Have you guys ever created or used a company to create an email "news letter" or blast to existing clients, HTML based, similar to this one I got from a vendor I use?  I work for a small company and would like to do something similar (more of a news story) in a nice way for my customer base and new contacts.  We have someone who can design the "page" / story in Illustrator and output as .PDF (or anything else) with all the graphics.....just not sure of the best way to email it "imbedded" in the email with simply "inserting" the graphic (with text) into the body of the email from Outlook.

I recommend inserting a summary picture, then sending the file as an attachment.  That way they can see what it is all about from the summary pic, but print out the actual press release if they want more info.
