Why are kids today (say 16-26) such big pussies? They never question authority. They never have truely creative ideas. They love to follow rules and make more of them to follow if at all possible. Why are they such little Hitler Youth? Where have all the under-dog, good old red-blooded brilliant rebellious kids gone? And why is all the music they listen to now so sad and mopey and pussy? Kids today are little Hitler Youth pussies. I weep for the furture.

We've already go that, but I think some "free will", some "questioning of the establishment", some "new and inventive ideas", and some "fuck you, I'm going to do it my way and MAKE it work" attitude would be nice. It used to be common. Nowdays kids are just sickeningly obediant. Progress never happens that way. Progress comes from the rebels. Always has, always will.

being 21 years old....im not going to take offense to that. I think kids are stupid (call me a kid if you will). Not to mention, are too spoiled by their parents. Thats what it comes down to man, they are all too spoiled these days. Not enough discipline in them to want to do rebellious stuff.

Capt. Foley, when I was 16 my friend and I were lighting off some fireworks, and we burnt down 3 1/2 acres of a wheat field. That drew some attention. 8 police cars, 4 fire trucks, 2 ambulances and the fire chief. It was a really REALLY dry summer. When the school year came around, about half of our class had heard of it and asked us how it all happend. It was pretty funny.

I mean, if that stuns you then the world is going to knock you on your ass. That's nothing, less than nothing. Im already on my own. Pay my own rent, car payment, car insurance, cell phone, credit cards, utilities, groceries, and even bought my own car. Everything is on me, i dont rely on others to pay my way for me. Yes, my parents help me out from time to time, by giving me food, a case of soda, giving me $20 for gas sometimes.....little things. But im 21, and only been living on my own for about a year. Nothing wrong with my parents wanting me to succeed and taking the time to help me out with things from time to time.

Now if kids are getting into drugs and they are 15....they are idiots to begin with. They get stuck on drugs, thats their problem.
