So the bottom line, there are hot girls in every race, no matter where they are from.
To me, the outter beauty is merely one of the aspects. Inner beauty is what I think the most important. When I was still a teenager, I used to think the look is everything. But as you grow older, you would realize that look is not everything for a person.

Concerning DarkNova/Mr.Pieeater debate: You both are correct... and both are wrong.
Me as a Chinese person descended from Wenzhou, but born in the Netherlands, know a thing or two about differences in faces.
Chinese people differ radically from each other. Depending heavily (but not exclusively) on region of the country. Peking people have longer faces, Manchurian have darker skin, Cantonese have less attractive features (now this is based on the whole, not individuals).
Race wise, China holds at least a dozen ethnic minorities that are clearly discernable from the majority, namely the Qin/Chin. They too are Chinese (on their passport).
Not only features are different, the culture is radically different as well, including language and/or accents.
My guess is, as all this jabber is anyway, that it also applies to the other countries.
You can tell the difference to some degree, but it doesn't always apply.
I think it's more of a question of why some people are so agitated about being discriminated on a whim.
And on the topic: uhm it all depends on the hotness, and that clearly goes to China. Ever seen Zhang Zhiyi?
On racism, Pakistani/Indian youths are called Asians on the UK news, why is that?
And why does the remaining West, do not consider India/Pakistan/Iran as Asian countries?
I say this meaning that they don't think of them in the first three countries they would name, if asked.

One big difference. The vast majority of overseas legal immigrant Filipinos are college educated. That nanny or maid working for you has a Registered Nursing degree back in the Philippines. That new Filipino immigrant working as a dental assistant in the States was a Dentist in the Philippines. That LVN working at a nursing home was an M.D. in the Philippines. Heck, my dad worked at a gas station for a bit in the States until he got established. He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer and taught Physics back in the Philippines.
That's why you see these "simple" Filipino come here looking naive first, but within 10 years or so, have there own home and drive nice cars...
My cousin's family has a thriving dental practice back home. They have a huge mansion. One brother is the vice-mayor of the township I grew up in. The wife works for Oracle/Philippines and jet-sets all over the world. But yet, they want to come and settle here in the States. We don't all come from grass huts...

They are all fine by my book...my last girlfriend was from Hong Kong, but had a british accent. She was a lot of fun, but we had a lot of drama dealing with her traditional Chinese parents...that ended up straining and eventually ending the relationship. I like Chinese girls as long as they don't come with the extra Traditional background...or at least if they were a bit more tolerant. :\
