Hi there. I asked myself what the community think about the EF Weapons. For my part, I think they´re awesome. Only played a few rounds yesterday as Euroforce (unfortunatley I always have to be MEC?) but I was able to try every kit and I was suprised about those weapons. Could it be they are more accurate or have more firepower than the old weapons?! My favourite so far is the support, specialforce and assault.

What do you think?

Support gun sounds awesome, but is actually a bit pants. FAMAS is pretty sweet, and the L85A2 is nice.

Machine gun = ownage
Shotgun = not as good but still minor ownage

All the guns are good the only one I dont like is the Spec ops one

i think pretty much every gun that EU has owns except for the famas, i cant hit shit with that damn thing from long range, i dunno why, i just cant, lol

Id love most of them if there was actually somewhere to use them. Cant walk 5m without getting hit by a tank or bombed by a plane.

no only p90 and L96A1 if you have chosen them(it are tier 2 unlocks you can use them in sf)

Im pretty happy with all the euro forces weapons, the new shotgun is deadly powerful, the famas is just pwnage in a can, what the support lacks in not being a PKM it makes up for in noise & ammo count, the p90 is a so so weapon you always come to expect from the anti tank class, The L96 is a fine sniper choice, the assault rifle is a fairly balanced weapon, althought the GL is not true to life (sights are on the side) Only one im a little dissapointed at is probably the spec ops weapon, which is great for close range flag assaults, but not so good for split second ranged firefights.

hk53a3 -> gotta try it more, looks powerful but has a very slow rof, like the p90, maybe even less. large magazine.
l96a1 -> -
l86a2 -> quite powerful, but really unaccurate. the gl seems to shoot less far than the m203 / gp30, but maybe it's just me
hk21 -> awesome. really powerful with a lot of rounds. deadly in short bursts. got gold medal on my very first round at great wall with it.
famas -> i'm gonna try it more, as far as i can tell it has a very high rate of fire, but seems to be more an smg when it comes to damage done. i can't tell about accuracy, but i think i'v had some recoil issues.
benelli m4 -> uhm it's like the jackhammer but seems to do less damage. however it's really useful in cqb. and it looks awesome :p

Shotgun is pretty uselss since the map is so big. Would have preferred something like the MP7.
Support weapon is good, as on large maps you want rapidfire, not slow like the PKM.
L96 - best sniper anyway
P90 - Good at long ranges, so works well for these maps.
Assault rifle - Very good accuracy for power, grenade launcher VERY slow to load.
FAMAS - basically an auto G36e. with its high fire rate you get ammo shortages and cosnant magazine switching like the G3.
Spec Ops carbine - rubbish. all the other carbines work well at long ranges (except the ak-74u). This acts like a submachine gun.

I didnt care for the FAMAS, Didn't consider it any better than the G36E, the P90 is a piece of shit at long range unless you put single shot, and then it barely does damage, the L96 is hands down the best sniper rifle, the support gun is not bad, didnt have any complaints, the Spec Ops Carabine was suprising, I actually liked it, this coming from somebody who loathes the Spec Ops kit. Assault rifle was no better than the F2000, GL is the same. I didnt try the shotgun since...how much better than the other shotguns can it be?

Try hitting anything at long range with the other anti-tank guns. The anti-tank isnt supposed to be in major fights anyway. The P90 works well in maps like Taraba where you can get up high on a hill and fire rocktes down on tanks. The P90 allows you to finish off the drivers, it would be impossible with a PP19.

i think the FAMAS is rigged SO accurate and shoots fast....................
i know its bullpup = longer barrel= better accuracy
but if the FAMAS gets to shoot at 900 RPM how come the P90 doesn't get to shoot its real RPM ( i think P90 is als 900RPM)

They're all great weapons. I even like the semi-auto shotgun, and I don't like the other semi-auto shotguns at all. Although, once again, the Medic kit gets a better assault rifle than the assault kit.

One thing I didn't understand.....

For the other standard armies, (USMC, PLA, MEC = not SF) the Medic kit got the same rifle as the assault, just without the GL. The FAMAS is cool, but I'm wondering why they didn't do this for the EU army

I think the famas is weak along with all the other standard ef weapons , course I dont have much time in the new booster pack yet but thats the intial impression so far, plus I was getting sick of you all swooning over the new weapons.

The L85A2 should have the SUSAT sight, it is mostly only issued to line and combat troops, so it is far more likely that assault kit would have the SUSAT and medic not, than the other way around. Other than that, i like it.

i thought im gonna need 10,000 more points to get it, but hey, with $10, i can get it now already

havent really tried some of the other weps but the P90 kinda suck...yes.... its' accuracy is ok, but no power at all... i still luv my DAO... afterall, anything further than 10m i just blast it with my rocket

i tried the assault kit once, WOW its like G3 with bigger clip... nice

reading here, now i wanna try the shot gun. but of course, on big maps, its not really useful. i end up throwing nades for long-range combat or draw my pistol....

The SUSAT is the scope/sight on the L85a1, correct?
